President & CEO
Bart Stein is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Resilience Health Systems Corporation. He is responsible for driving strategic, operational and programmatic initiatives across the Resilience Health Systems member subsidiaries and clinic institutions to enhance its leadership position in Concierge Primary Care with a National presence in the treatment of Hormone Replacement and Weight Loss Therapy. Stein joined the Resilience Medical Center in 2014 as executive vice president, chief operating and strategy officer.
Stein has served as an executive for some of the leading companies and institutions in direct management capacity for over 30 years, including Days Inn, Rock Financial, VOICE-TELL, Quality Inn, General Electric, Picker International, Group4 Fitness Systems, Executive Cove Office Place, McCormick Baron, The K&D Group, Millennium Management and NuHope Community Medical Center, His experience as a President and CEO includes heading up industry-changing companies and continues this quest to lead Resilience Health Systems to be an industry role model and leader in Private Concierge Primary Care.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration studies from University of Cincinnati and earned a Master’s Degree.

Dr. Mary-Helene Massullo is a General Surgeon with additional training in Anesthesiology and Emergency Medicine. She has lived and studied Plastic and Reconstructive surgery in the United States as well as Europe including the Ospedale Niguarda Ca’Grande, the University of Milan in Milan, Italy under Dottore Luigi Donati. It is one of the finest hospitals in Europe and the world, excelling in its departments of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Burn Treatment and Gene therapy. She has studied Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery with some of the very best physicians in this specialty.
She was formally trained in art while living in Florence and Rome Italy as well as having training in the United States. This is something that makes her truly exceptional in the cosmetic medicine arena.
She is the member of some prestigious organizations some of which are the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery and American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.
She holds Patents and is well versed in many arenas including Medicine and Surgery
Dr. Massullo has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and has personally endeavored to investigate the physiological premise for different cellular and metabolic changes that occur for different diseases as well as general aging. Her specialty is in skin care and regenerative medicine, as well as chronic diseases like Cancers, Diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia to mention a few.

Dr. Kenneth Testa

Dr. Testa formally trained in four Specialties: General Surgery, Trauma/Surgical Critical Care, Cosmetic Surgery and Anti-Aging Medicine. A member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Society of Liposuction, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, American Osteopathic Association and the American Medical Association.
Completion of his graduate medical studies at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine served as the foundation of Dr. Testa’s passionate awareness of the mind-body connection. When selected for the Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine Fellowship during Medical School, Dr. Testa developed a deep awareness of the mind-body connection and its influence on health and well-being. After completing his internship at Lutheran Medical Center, Dr. Testa completed a General Surgery Residency within the Mercy Health System in Pennsylvania, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Hospital, New York and Hahnemann University Medical Center, Philadelphia. During his fifth year of surgical residency, Dr. Testa was selected to the Chief Surgical Resident position.
After completion of his General Surgery Residency, Dr. Testa returned to
Hahnemann University for a Fellowship in Cardiac Surgery. During this time, Dr. Testa began to feel the need for a more stimulating career path, one which would combine his professional background
with his dedication and innate interest in treating patients as a whole. Coming to the realization that he was becoming too specialized, Dr. Testa felt compelled to work outside of Cardiac Surgery.
Enjoying the stimulation of Critical Care Medicine and academics at the University level, Dr. Testa left Cardiac Surgery and began a Fellowship in Trauma Surgery/ Surgical Critical Care Medicine in
Philadelphia. Fate intervened after the completion of his Fellowship when the events of September 11, 2001 brought the world to a standstill, putting Dr. Testa onboard as a Trauma Surgeon at Ground
Born and raised with close Community ties to Staten Island, Dr. Testa returned to New York in 2002 as the only Fellowship Trained Cosmetic Surgeon in Staten Island and only 1 of 10 Physicians formally trained and practicing Anti-Aging Medicine in the entire Tri-State Area. Obligated as a person and a Physician, Dr. Kenneth Testa has paved a way to fulfill his dream of building a practice dedicated to the mind, body and soul of each and every individual he treats.

Dr. Conner was raised in New England. He earned an undergraduate degree in chemistry from Tufts University, and later attended the Tufts School of Medicine in Boston.
After finishing an internship at the Baylor Medical Program in Houston, he served in the U S Navy. He was stationed mostly on the Pacific island of Okinawa and participated in the annual (South)Korean - American military exercises.
Completing his tour of duty, he moved to California for an Emergency Medicine Residency. Presently, he lives in Michigan with his wife of 20 years and their 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Ensures the development of departmental plans, goals, mission, policies/procedures and budget. ensures selection, training, monitoring and evaluation of departmental staff.
Develops/implements HR plan for clinic including recruitment, selection, promotion/transfer, orientation, compensation administration, labor relations in collaboration with management team. Educates/advises administrative and clinical managers on personnel issues including termination, labor disputes, morale.
Serves as member of Physician Recruiting Committee and helps to recruit, orient new physicians.
Oversees the conduct of compensation surveys and recommends changes to ensure clinic remains competitive with market rates for wages/salaries and benefits.
Maintains/monitors records of worker’s compensation, EEO,ADA, FMLA,unemployment and other employee claims. Reviews exit interview data. update changes to policy and training to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Practices open-door policy to encourage employees to discuss grievances. Facilitates peer-to-peer and employee-manager discussion/mediation.
Recommends and facilitates employee recognition efforts and events. Ensures employee assistance is available for emergency relief.
Business Administration & Management-
Assists the physician and/or provider by facilitating patient and information flow through numerous phases of the patient visit. Maintains patient flow to and from exam rooms. Greets and escorts patient and family to exam room. Obtains purpose of visit, vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and measurements) and documents appropriately. Informs the physician and/or provider of abnormal readings or significant deviations from prior visits. Prepares patients for physical exams. Assists physician and/or provider with office procedures involving direct patient care. Performs diagnostic tests such as EKGs and spirometry.
Assists with diagnostic procedures and examinations, such as pelvic examinations and flexible sigmoidoscopies. Obtains specimens and performs screenings, such as venipunctures for lab work and blood glucose monitoring, urine specimens and specific gravities, throat and sputum cultures. Administers immunizations and injections under direct supervision of the physician. Conducts physical testing such as; audiometry, urine drug screens, and CLIA waived testing. Cleans exam rooms after each patient visit. Inventories and stocks supplies and equipment for exam rooms utilizing cost effective measures and techniques.
Schedules procedures. Instructs patients and families regarding preparation for procedure and post procedure needs. Obtains medical record charts and notifies patients of normal test results. Alerts physician and/or providers to patient flow problems. Maintains patient care equipment and notifies supervisor of repair requirements. Performs all duties in compliance with all federal and state regulations. Listens courteously and responds to patient questions, concerns, and/or refers to the appropriate individual. Assists front desk and/or billing as needed
Position Requirements: One to three years of related medical assistance experience required. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Understanding of third party reimbursement requirements, CPT and ICD-9 coding preferred. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English and Spanish, as well as, exhibiting strong organizational skills and work ethic. Demonstrates a professional demeanor when responding to patients/customers. Basic computer skills with demonstrated experience with word processing at a high rate of speed and accuracy. Familiar with operation of standard office equipment. Hearing - must be able to respond to telephone calls and face to face interactions. Lifts/carries/pushes and/or pulls storing supplies.
