Resilience Health Systems is Ohio’s First Concierge Private Medical Practice committed to meeting the health care needs of our community and surrounding areas. At Resilience Health Systems, we strive to provide the best patient experience possible, and that includes answering your questions when they arise. Our patients have a financial responsibility for all services rendered at Resilience Health Systems. We do not accept insurance we are a fee based self-pay full service Primary Care medical practice. We specialize extensively in hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss treatment.

The Patient Financial Services Office

Resilience Health Systems has a dedicated department setup to assist concierge patients in determining if they are eligible for one of our third party medical finance programs. The Patient Financial Services Office sees all concierge patients coming to Resilience for out-patient services such as but not limited to labs, x-rays and physical therapy.

All patients are required to pay their initial enrollment and monthly concierge membership fee on the 1st of every month. Any services provided outside or in addition to the included monthly concierge membership package will need to be prepaid.

Patients not eligible for financing will be required to prepay before fee-based services are rendered. The prepayment amount will vary depending on the fee-based services to be rendered. Patients unable to prepay the required fee-based amount may be rescheduled or denied fee-based services. These are only prepayments and not payments in full.

Payment Options and Insurance

Resilience Health Systems does not participate with insurance plans. Third party vendors such as labs and conventional pharmacies that we work with may elect to accept directly your insurance plan for coverage. Please be aware that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and co-payments for which you could be responsible.

At Resilience Health Systems, we offer many different options to our patients in order to make it easy to decide how to finance their treatment procedure. The price we quote you at the time of your consultation includes all costs, and does not contain any hidden fees that may not be disclosed until the last minute. Resilience Health Systems offers patients the option to finance their treatment plans and procedures through United Medical Credit Finance and Resilience Flex Pay Option. Patient financing was created for those who do not want to tie up their traditional credit sources with medical debt, or those who do not want to pay out-of-pocket healthcare charges at one time. It’s no longer necessary to delay a treatment procedure that you really want, nor worry about the inability to pay for treatment.

This option will allow you to make low monthly payments over an extended period of time. Of course, you are always welcome to go through your own bank, financial institution or credit company to secure a loan as well. The choice is yours.
