Direct Express Care Fee

$249 package per month (mental health/addiction counseling or substance abuse) includes:
-3 one hour sessions and one 30 minute session

Resilience Health Systems does not participate in any medical insurance programs. If you have insurance your labs and prescriptions may be covered under direct patient reimbursement. Please check with your medical insurance provider directly. You shall be accountable for covering these services. Direct Express Care Fee is a seperate charge not inlcuded in monthly membership. This fee is charged for non-emergency visits through telehealth, site location and or home visits.
Financing is available through our third party financial partnerships . We offer flexible repayment options for primary care, weight loss and hormone replacement therapy treatment plans. Contact Patient services to request financing options that may apply to you. Approval is based on several factors of credit worthiness and is not a guarantee. We do offer Bad Credit and or No Credit alternative financial options.
30 day written cancellation is required for termination of Concierge patient membership.
