Services We Offer
What kinds of mental health care can I get at Resilience Health Systems?
We offer several types of mental health appointments at Resilience Health Systems:
1. Same-Day Support – if you need help urgently due to a mental health crisis, check in with a Same-Day Support visit via secured Tele-Health or phone call. You will see a trained Crisis Counselor who will address your immediate needs and connect you with resources.
2. Next-Day Support – if you are new to Resilience Health Systems mental health services, or need short-term support or resources, call or email us to schedule a Next-Day Support visit. Note that we schedule these appointments within 24 hours, and if no appointments are available in the next 24 hours, you may be asked to call back. You will see a mental health provider who, over the course of a 20-30 minute appointment, will ask you questions to help you get connected to the right in- and out of network-resources, discuss cost and provide short-term coping strategies as needed. A Next-Day Support visit is the first step to seeing a Resilience Health Systems mental health provider for counseling care.
3. Individual Counseling – members who have seen a therapist for a Next-Day Support visit may be scheduled for short-term counseling with a Resilience Health Systems provider.
Getting Started
I’ve decided I want to come in.
How do I start?
The best way to get started with us is to call or email to request a Next-Day Support phone conference:
(216) 261-NEWU (6398) or email: MentalHealth@ResilienceClinic.com
Next-Day Support conferences are scheduled within 24 hours only. If you can’t wait, please let our staff know and they connect you with more immediate support.
Serving current Resilience Health Systems private members is our priority. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to provide ongoing care to the general public unless they are directly enrolled in our network.
